This is the second home that we have built with Elite Custom Homes. Both experiences were rewarding. The first house was much smaller, but we were so satisfied with the quality of construction and finish out that we chose Elite to build a second home that is much larger. The usual issues that arise when building anything as complex as a new home were handled expeditiously and professionally. We will continue to recommend Elite Custom Homes to our friends, several of which have also built homes with Elite.

Upon being a bit apprehensive to say the least. This being the first time considering building a home. All of the others were already completed when we bought. We want to write to sing your many praises. Our entire experience with the company has been magnificent. We had fun building our home! In fact I miss doing it! I do not want to move again, though. Each of you made every step of the building process fun and secure. Everyone who sees it raves about the many beautiful finishing touches that you each so meticulously planned. You have been exemplary in every way in your relationships with us. No one we have ever talked to liked their home builders when their home was completed and we do so like each of you and appreciate each of you!

Our experience with Elite was excellent! We looked all over the Mid Cities for a home-builder. Elite provided many more high quality upgrades for a reasonable price. We believe we saved approximately $50 to $60,000 compared to companies like Goodman or Drees. We also know from our comparison shopping that the Quality is MUCH better. The entire process was a pleasant one and I would recommend Elite to anyone.
