Your investment in a new home built by Elite Custom Homes, Inc. is protected by the 2-10 Home Buyer Warranty from the Home Buyer Warranty Company. This is a written warranty that clearly identifies and describes the responsibility of the builder and the home owner in caring for a new home. The warranty coverage is insured by a third party -National Home Insurance Company- and your warranty coverage is transferable to another purchaser if you decide to sell your home during the warranty period.

During the first year in your new home, you can be assured that the home will remain comfortable, safe and dry and that repairs will be made if material and workmanship defects are identified.  During the second year in your home, additional coverage is provided for the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.  In addition to these first and second year items, the warranty includes protection for 10 years on the structural integrity of your home.
